Receive the purchase order
Confirm the house area is staked and lot pins are in place
Mark the area to be cleared and walk it with the Site Superintendent and Trade Contractor
Identify and mark any natural undisturbed areas to be preserved
Determine and confirm the direction of water drainage
Designate the area for trees, stumps, and development debris, and confirm the Trade Contractor understands the collection process
