Pick up the purchase order

Clean the work area, ensuring it is free of debris

Clear the foundation trench of all debris

Remove all formboards

Slope the sides of the foundation trench away from the foundation to prevent cave-ins

Inspect masonry foundations and poured walls to confirm there are no cracks
